Singapore Student Sex-Video Scandal becomes dramatic: Did Tammy really kill herself?

Nobody really seems to know for sure if NYP Student Tammy, who was involved in a Sex-Video which everybody was able to download for free on the internet, actually killed herself.
Now we tried to ask Tom and Bill who are well known for their pictures in Tokio-Hotel but we couldnt reach them, rumours are that Bill tried to kill himself too as he found out about Tammy.
Anyway we called to Tokiohotel several times and they told us they never heard of any Tammy. This is very strange, since we know from reliable sources that Tokio-Hotel was the last place she was seen alive.
The question is: Who is the girl on the photo, is it Tammy?
And question number two: Are the so called German-Quality-Bloggers responsible at all?
